Policies
Reservations
We require a valid credit card to reserve a room(s) at The Lodge on San Julian Creek. All room rates are subject to 12% occupancy tax. We reserve the right to change your assigned room based on availability.
Cancellations
Reservation cancellations received more than seven (7) days prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 per room night cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within seven (7) days of arrival date are subject to a $50.00 per room night cancellation fee. Reservations canceled on the date of arrival will be charged the full rate per room night.
Minimum Stay Requirement
Certain holidays and designated weekends are subject to a two-night minimum stay.

Outside Visitors
The Lodge is for the enjoyment of our registered guests. A lodge guest (host) with a current reservation may invite up to two visitors a day to join them on property. The host will be billed $25.00 per day for each visitor. The host will bear all responsibility for their actions, and management reserves the right to remove anyone from the property for any reason they deem fit.
Children
Children should not be left unattended in the Lodge & surrounding areas. There is an unfenced creek and other natural hazards on the Lodge grounds.
Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside the lodge or cottages. Guests smoking in rooms are subject to a $250 cleaning charge.
Pets
We do not permit pets on the property as they disturb or endanger other guests. Under the ADA, we do allow trained service animals. Owners will be responsible for any damages caused by service animals. The Lodge does not permit Emotional Support Animals.
Kitchen
The Lodge kitchen is not available for use by guests. Our BBQ area is available for registered guest use.
Fire-pit
Use of the fire-pit may be prohibited by frequent burn bans imposed by the county. Please ask at the Lodge office to check on current burn ban status.
Charges
All charges must be paid in full at checkout.
Personal Items
