Reservations

We require a valid credit card and a $50 deposit per room night to reserve a room(s) at the Lodge. All room rates are subject to 12% occupancy tax.

Cancellations

Reservation cancellations received more than seven (7) days prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 per room night cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival date are subject to a $50.00 per room night cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled on the date of arrival will be charged the full rate per room night.

Minimum Stay Requirement

Holidays and certain designated weekends are subject to a two-night minimum stay.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is between 3PM & 6PM unless prearranged in advance. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Keys

Guestroom keys must be returned to the Lodge office at check-out. Guests will incur a $50 charge for any keys not returned.

Children

Children should not be left unattended in the Lodge & surrounding areas. There is an unfenced creek and other natural hazards on the Ranch and Lodge grounds.

Smoking

No smoking is permitted inside the lodge or cottages. Guests smoking in rooms are subject to a $200 charge for cleaning.

Pets

We do not allow pets or other animals to be brought to the Lodge by guests.

Kitchen

The Lodge kitchen is not available for use by guests. Our BBQ area is available for registered guest use.

Fire-pit

Use of the fire-pit may be prohibited by frequent burn bans imposed by the county. Please ask at the Lodge office to check on current burn ban status.

ChargeS

All activities and charges must be paid in full at checkout.

Personal Items

The Ranch and Lodge are not responsible for any items left unattended in guestrooms, Lodge and vehicles.
