POLICIES

• Reservations: Reservations require a $50 deposit per room night. We accept major credit cards and checks.
  
  
• Cancellations: Cancellations received more than 7 days before date of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival will incur a $50 per room night cancellation fee, unless the guest rebooks for use within one year of original reservation date (based on availability).
  
  
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3 – 6 p.m. unless prearranged. Check-out time is 12 noon.
  
  
• Pets: For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, no pets are permitted.
  
  
• Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the lodge or cottages. Guests smoking in rooms are subject to a $200 charge for cleaning.
  
  
• Taxes: All rates are subject to a 12% occupancy tax.
